While Ashley has been practicing yoga for over 17 years, she recently completed her YTT 300 making her a 500 hour trained teacher. Ashley's thirst to learn and love for yoga encouraged her to expand her knowledge of mindfulness, body, and spirit, and share it with others.
Ashley was first drawn to intense practices like hot and power yoga due to her enthusiasm for fitness but soon realized that yoga was much more than a physical activity. In recent years, she has a newfound fondness for more restorative and gentle yoga. She has found these practices to bring balance to her active lifestyle and mind. She enjoys sharing her passion for self discovery and her desire to satiate introspection. Her practice brings peace and balance to her life and her hope is to spread the importance of self love, inner peace, and mindfulness by helping others find themselves and heal on the mat. She best describes her style as imaginative and diverse which is also demonstrated through her love for music and eclectic playlists.
Outside of yoga, Ashley prides herself on her positive and spunky outlook on life. She enjoys sunshine and warm weather, trying new things, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones, including her two lovable and energetic frenchies, Yoda and Dante.
